Traditionally indoor cycling has been thought of as either a hard “cardio” workout on a stationary bike or an alternative to riding outdoors when the weather turns bade to “stay in shape.” Peak Performance Professionals the area’s leader in Endurance training and coaching offers a unique indoor cycling program that is designed around individual fitness levels. Each person will train based on their own level, on their own bike, in a controlled environment and under the direction of a coach. We refer to our classes as small group coaching. Whether you are looking for weight loss, improved cardiovascular and muscular fitness and/or improved cycling technique and power these classes are for you!

With years of experience and knowledge, Bob Hanisch and Heather Haviland* have developed a program that works. Not only will you learn what the Pro’s have known for years but you will be training the way they train from the very first class. By the end of the program you will have increased cycling efficiency, understand the benefit of training with power and establish your current Heart Rate and Power zones to maximize your future training.

Computrainer Cycling Programs

1.  Intro to Cycling – 1x/week for 8 weeks to include:Learn the basics or proper pedaling and improve your cycling efficiency. Receive ride instruction from a knowledgeable cycling coach, while training at your own level. The coached sessions will help you learn how to properly pedal and shift your own bike. Start to develop your cycling fitness and learn how purposeful training can be effective and FUN! Hybrids are welcomed!

Cost: $125.00

2. Off Season Cycling – 1x/week for 22 weeks
  • 22 coached class sessions to include 4 complimentary sessions in November. Coached sessions include: cycling curriculum based on purposeful training, including continuous education during class (Valued at $450.00)
  • 5 open cycling days, 1 day per month (Valued at $75.00)
  • A gift certificate towards a VO2 test (Valued at $65) test perform at Brookfield location
  • Bike storage available (additional cost)
Cost: Full retail value is $590.00; P3 is offering this purposeful driven program for a discounted rate of ether a onetime fee of $450.00 or five $100.00 payments per month**

3.  Open Cycling $10.00 for up to 1.5 hours and $15.00 for up to 2.5 hours***Ride at your own speed or intensity with up to 7 other riders on a road course picked by the Ride Captain.
