One On One
Ideal for the athlete wanting one on one support. Each plan is based on the athlete's initial fitness level, specific goals, strengths and weaknesses, current life schedule, and past training history. Athletes receive an individualized training plan with a weekly scheduled phone meeting to analyze training data and provide feedback.
