Both Heather and Bob have successful individual coaching businesses that include numerous age group award winners, World Championship qualifiers, Ironman finishers, as well as first time triathletes. One new program they will offer is group triathlon coaching. Starting in spring 2010, the training will include programs for the 2010 Wisconsin Ironman, Racine 70.3 and USA Triathlon Olympic Age Group Nationals. In addition to offering group coaching, both will continue to offer one-on-one programs and power-based cycling classes at P3’s premier endurance training center. The center includes 16 CompuTrainers, surround sound, 4 giant high definition screens, 2 Vasa Swim Ergometers, and state of the art performance testing to include VO2 max, anaerobic threshold, and blood lactate.

Haviland is a six-time All American Triathlete, former USAT Triathlete of the Year and continues to race as a Professional. “Bob has been a mentor of mine since the beginning of my triathlon career, his support in testing and advice has helped me to reach the level I am at today as an athlete. I am very excited about what Bob and I will be able to offer together. Our combined years of experience will allow us to give the best coaching around to endurance athletes of all levels.” Haviland began coaching in 2004 and is founder of the Team 4 Triathlon Team, which has raised nearly $150,000 for Breast and Gynecological Research. She is well known for combining her passions for sport and community.
Together, Heather and Bob will provide participants with results-oriented training and fitness plans based on individual goals, abilities and schedules. The two will also be presenters at the upcoming Great Lakes Multisport Expo January 30 and 31.
